The staff was very helpful and pleasant (i really appreciate that!). The hotel was clean and tidy. The breakfast had a great choice.
The elevators were not air conditioned. The hallways also lacked air conditioning. I would say that this is more like a three star location.

i found the staff consistently helpful. the breakfast had good variety with western and asian options available. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room upon arrival and the kind staff.
the walls felt a little thin at times, i could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms.

the staff are helpful and polite. my room was clean the bed was comfortable. the pool area has beautiful gardens and lounge chairs to relax. i received complimentary water daily quality toiletries were provided.
