The staff was very helpful and pleasant (i really appreciate that!). The hotel was clean and tidy. The breakfast had a great choice.
The hallways also lacked air conditioning. I would say that this is more like a three star location.

the walls felt a little thin at times, i could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms.
